Terms of Service

KODEX provides personalized digital numerology content generated from information you submit, such as your full birth name and date of birth.

The service is intended for personal reflection, self-exploration, and entertainment. Numerology is interpretive in nature and is not scientifically proven to predict events or guarantee outcomes.

KODEX does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, employment, relationship, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not use KODEX as a substitute for professional judgment or as the sole basis for important decisions. You are responsible for your choices and actions.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase the service independently.

If you have not reached the applicable age of majority, you may use the service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide information you are authorized to use and that is reasonably accurate for the purpose of generating your report.

Because the report is personalized using the submitted name and date of birth, errors in the information you provide may affect the result. You are responsible for reviewing your information before submission and purchase.

You may not submit another person’s personal information without their permission or other lawful authority.

Prices and the nature of the purchase will be displayed before payment.

Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, a KODEX report is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charge displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges disclosed before completing the purchase.

KODEX reports are personalized digital products. Delivery may occur by displaying the report online, providing access through an account or recovery link, or sending access information to the email address you provide.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it.

Purchases are governed by the KODEX Refund Policy, available at https://kodexsolutions.com/refund-policy.

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

KODEX grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may save or print your report for personal use.

You may not:

• copy or distribute substantial portions of the service for commercial purposes;
• resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit KODEX content;
• use automated systems to access the service without permission;
• interfere with website operation or security;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

The KODEX website, branding, design, software, reports, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by KODEX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide purchased reports and resolve verified technical delivery problems.

If the service provides account, recovery, token, or email-based access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information.

Notify us promptly if you believe your access information has been compromised.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or security.

The service may rely on third parties such as payment processors, hosting providers, email services, analytics providers, and other infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KODEX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• every interpretation will resonate with you;
• numerology results will predict events;
• use of the service will produce a particular personal, emotional, professional, financial, or relationship outcome;
• the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KODEX and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to KODEX for the service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify KODEX for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, threaten its security, or engage in unlawful activity.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the KODEX operator, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
